Program Terms:
  1. Carefree®, Stayfree®, Playtex® (28 ct. or larger) or o.b.® Feminine products must be purchased at participating Walmart stores between 6/1/19-8/31/2020.
  2. Receipt must show retailer name, date, time, receipt total, and qualifying purchase (including the product type, product size, and purchase price). Each receipt can only be submitted once.
  3. Limited to two (2) submissions per household.
  4. Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, Puerto Rico and District of Columbia.

Submission Instructions:
Snap a picture of the Walmart receipt. Place a check mark next to the (1) participating store, (2) date and time, (3) any one participating Carefree®, Stayfree®, Playtex® or o.b.® product purchased, and (4) the total amount of the transaction.

Tips on Taking Your Photo:
Flatten the receipt and place it on a dark non-reflective surface. Ensure that there is enough light and the entire receipt is in the frame. When taking the picture, make sure the receipt is in focus. Check the image quality prior to submitting.
